A: The boxes arrived with cosmetic dents but he underwear inside is completely unaffected. Same quality, same 5 pairs, nothing missing or damaged.

Q: Why do you use uncoated packaging if it dents more easily?
A: Coated boxes are more durable but the coating is a plastic lamination, which we don't want to use. Our uncoated recyclable paper boxes are better for the environment and more fragile as a result. We'd rather sell dented boxes at a discount than discard them.

Q: Are these the same underwear as the full-price version?
A: Yes, identical. Same soft breathable mesh, same sizing, same 5 pairs.
