Returns

Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

How to initiate a return
Go to accounts and enter your email address. You will receive a 6-digit code via email. Please use that code to log in and access your orders and begin the return process.

If you choose to print a pre-paid shipping label the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mothermothershop.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
