Our organic herbal sitz bath is designed to support comfort and recovery during the postpartum period. This versatile blend can be brewed for use in a sitz bath, peri bottle, full bath, or even transformed into a soothing padsicle.
Whether you’re recovering from a vaginal birth or easing back into baths after a belly birth, this herbal blend offers gentle, supportive care. Many find it especially comforting for swelling, tenderness, and general postpartum discomfort.
Leftover herbs can also be repurposed for a relaxing facial steam, extending the ritual beyond recovery and into everyday self-care.
Each bag contains 7 oz of pure, organic herbs, thoughtfully blended to support postpartum comfort in a simple, versatile way.

Orders $65 and over qualify for free ground shipping.
For orders under $65, customers may choose from the following options at checkout:

International Shipping
We ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, select European countries, Australia, and New Zealand.

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout through our international shipping partner, so your total cost is shown upfront with no surprise import fees upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times for international orders are typically 7–14 business days, though transit times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
International Returns
Due to the high cost of international return shipping, all international orders are considered final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.
