A: Padsicles are postpartum pads soaked in herbal infusion and frozen. They provide cooling, soothing relief for perineal soreness and swelling in the early days after birth. Pour the cooled herbal infusion onto a pad, fold, and freeze.

Q: Is this safe after a C-section?
A: Yes. The herbal infusion can be used as a soothing bath soak to support healing and soften skin after a C-section. Always follow your care provider's guidance on bathing and wound care.

Q: How is this different from the full-size Herbal Sitz Bath tin?
A: The tea bag is pre-portioned and mess-free. No straining required, ideal for the early postpartum days when ease matters most. The full-size tin is a loose herb blend that also includes Epsom salt, giving you multiple uses at a lower cost per bath. The tea bag is a great way to try it first or to have on hand for convenience.

Q: Can I use this in a full bath?
A: Yes. Add the steeped infusion to a full bath. It soothes and softens skin beautifully.

Due to the high cost of international return shipping, all international orders are considered final sale.
