Why does my Balm sometimes feel grainy?
Our balm is intentionally formulated without stabilizers or synthetic texture modifiers. Because it’s made with natural, unrefined plant butters like shea, subtle texture changes can occur over time, especially with temperature fluctuations during shipping or storage.

This is a natural characteristic of shea butter and does not affect quality or performance. Warming the balm between your hands or applying it to warm skin smooths it instantly.

After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days from the time you place your order to the time it ships. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if an item is pre-order or backorder.

We ship to the U.S.A. and Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

At this time, we are no longer shipping directly to Canada. Due to the high cost of international shipping, including taxes, duties, and unexpected brokerage fees, we've found it often leads to confusion and frustrating customer experiences.
