A full bath or a foot soak. Either way, this is the slowest, most intentional way to absorb magnesium.
Made with magnesium chloride flakes from the Zechstein Sea, kaolin clay to help the essential oils disperse evenly and soften skin, and a blend of ylang ylang, bergamot, and lavender. The scent is warm and grounding without being overwhelming. Add a handful to warm water, soak for at least 20 minutes.
Especially useful in late pregnancy when a full bath often isn't comfortable and a foot soak becomes the ritual instead. Also popular postpartum and beyond for winding down, easing muscle tension, and leg twitches that show up at night.

International Returns
Due to the high cost of international return shipping, all international orders are considered final sale.
