Start by applying 4-5 sprays on your torso, legs, or feet. Gently massage into the skin.

1 spray = 30mg.

Recommended dose: 350 - 360 mg/day for pregnant folks aged 19 and older. 310 - 320 mg/day if you are not pregnant.

Q: What is this and how do I use it?
A: This is a refill pouch for your 4 oz Mother Mother Magnesium Oil spray bottle. Pour it directly into your bottle to refill it twice. You can also pour it into a bath if you prefer. It works with any spray bottle you already own.

Q: Is this the same formula as the Magnesium Oil Spray?
A: Not exactly. The refill is lightly buffered with a small amount of aloe leaf juice and vegetable glycerin, making it slightly gentler than the pure spray. The pure spray is 100% magnesium chloride brine with no additives. Both use magnesium chloride sourced from the Zechstein Sea.

Q: Can I use this in my roller bottle?
A: We don't recommend it. The roller formula has a salt-safe thickener added specifically to prevent leaking through the roller ball. This refill doesn't have that thickener, so it could leak. Also avoid metal roller balls, as they react with magnesium.

Q: Is this safe during pregnancy?
A: Yes. The formula is gentle and suitable for pregnancy and postpartum use. As with any new product, check with your care provider if you have specific concerns.

Q: Why a pouch instead of a bottle?
A: The recyclable pouch ships lighter than glass and replaces two full glass bottles in one shipment. Less packaging, lower shipping weight, and easier to store. The pouch has a spout for easy pouring.

Q: Is it really recyclable?
A: Yes. The pouch is made from 100% recyclable materials.

Q: How does this compare in value to buying two spray bottles?
A: Two 4 oz spray bottles would be $68. The refill pouch is $45 and gives you the same amount of product with less packaging.

International Shipping

Due to the high cost of international return shipping, all international orders are considered final sale.
