A: One ingredient: Magnesium Chloride Brine, sourced from the ancient Zechstein Sea. No additives, no dilution, nothing else.

Q: Is this safe to use during pregnancy?
A: Yes. The spray has been used by pregnant and postpartum customers for years. All Mother Mother products are formulated with pregnancy safety in mind. As with any new product, consult your care provider if you have specific concerns.

Q: Will it tingle?
A: It can, especially on sensitive skin. This is a pure, concentrated formula with no aloe or glycerin to buffer it. Applying to the soles of your feet is the easiest way to minimize tingling, and most people find their skin adapts with regular use.

Q: How is this different from the magnesium roller or cream?
A: The spray is the most concentrated option with a single ingredient and no additives. You spray it on and rub it in, and it covers larger areas quickly. The roller has aloe and glycerin added to reduce tingling and requires no rubbing in, making it mess-free and travel-friendly at 1.7 oz. The cream is the most nourishing option, with a moisturizing botanical base gentle enough for sensitive skin and kids. Many customers use more than one depending on the moment.

Q: Do I need to wash it off?
A: No. It absorbs on its own. If you experience any irritation, rinse after 20 minutes, or switch to applying on the soles of your feet.
