This reusable aluminum inhaler comes packaged in a paper tube with a sealed essential oil wick inside. Refillable and built for long-term use, it's a more elevated and sustainable alternative to disposable inhalers. Unscrew the cap, hold it below your nose, breathe in slowly. No spills, no topical application, nothing to prepare.

Choose from three blends: Nausea, a fresh bright blend of peppermint, ginger, lavender, and lemon for on-the-go relief. Labor, a grounding blend of clary sage and ylang ylang for breathwork and birth preparation. Calm, a gentle blend of lavender, bergamot, frankincense, and ylang ylang for moments of rest and reset.

Each inhaler is refillable. When you're ready to change scents, wash the inhaler thoroughly and swap the wick.

Q: Is this safe during pregnancy?
A: Yes. The inhaler delivers essential oils aromatically without topical application, making it one of the safest ways to use essential oils during pregnancy. As always, check with your care provider if you have specific concerns about specific oils, particularly clary sage in the Labor blend which is generally recommended for later in pregnancy.
