Compression Socks
Compression socks designed for comfort, circulation, and daily support through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Made with 15-20 mmHg graduated compression, these socks apply gentle, structured pressure that starts at the ankle and eases up the leg. That graduated design is what makes compression socks actually work, supporting circulation and reducing the heavy, achy feeling that comes from long days on your feet, extended sitting, or the physical changes of pregnancy.
Soft enough for all-day wear, supportive enough to make a difference. They stay in place without digging in and work just as well for travel as they do for a full day at work or on your feet.
Put them on in the morning before swelling begins for best results.
15-20 mmHg graduated compression. Fits sizes 5 to 10. Available in black and sand.

Q: What level of compression is this?
A: 15-20 mmHg, which is a mild to moderate graduated compression. This level is widely recommended for pregnancy swelling, travel, and everyday leg fatigue.
Q: What does graduated compression mean?
A: Graduated compression means the pressure is strongest at the ankle and gradually decreases up the leg. This supports circulation by helping blood move upward rather than pooling in the feet and lower legs.
Q: Are these safe during pregnancy?
A: Yes. 15-20 mmHg is a commonly recommended compression level during pregnancy. As always, check with your care provider if you have specific concerns or a medical condition affecting circulation.
Q: What sizes do these fit?
A: One size fits most, designed for shoe sizes 5 to 10.
Q: What colors are available?
A: Black and sand.
Q: When should I put them on?
A: In the morning before swelling begins, ideally before getting out of bed or shortly after. This is when they're most effective.
Q: Can I wear these for travel?
A: Yes. They are especially useful for long flights or car rides when circulation can be compromised from extended sitting.
