Q: Is this safe to use during pregnancy?

Q: Why do you use Zechstein Sea magnesium chloride?
A: The Zechstein Sea is an ancient underground deposit in the Netherlands, formed over 250 million years ago and protected from modern pollution. It's one of the purest sources of magnesium chloride available, which matters when you're absorbing it through your skin.

Q: Will it tingle or irritate my skin?
A: Pure magnesium oil can cause a tingling sensation, especially on sensitive skin. We've formulated this roller with aloe and glycerin specifically to minimize that effect. Most people with sensitive skin tolerate it well — if any irritation occurs, try applying to the soles of your feet, which tend to be less reactive.

Q: How is this different from the magnesium cream or spray?
A: The roller is the easiest, most mess-free option. Targeted application with no hands, no rubbing, and travel-friendly at 1.7 oz. The spray is 100% pure magnesium chloride brine with no additives, so it's the most concentrated form, but you do rub it in and it comes in a 4 oz bottle, so it's less grab-and-go. The cream is the most nourishing option, moisturizing and gentle enough for sensitive skin and even kids, making it ideal for belly, thighs, or anywhere that needs a little extra care. A lot of customers end up with more than one for different moments.

Q: How do I use it?

Q: Do I need to wash it off?
A: No. It absorbs on its own. Some people rinse after 20 minutes if they have very sensitive skin, but most leave it on overnight.

Due to the high cost of international return shipping, all international orders are considered final sale.
