Brew
Place the steeping bag in a heat-safe bowl and cover with boiling water. Steep for 10–15 minutes.

Soak
Add the brewed infusion to a sitz bath or full tub of warm water. For continued release, the sachet may be placed directly in the bath.

Allow to cool before adding to a peri bottle.
