When the scent fades, simply replace the wick and continue your ritual.
After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that it can take 1–2 business days from the time you place your order to the time it ships.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if an item is pre-order or backorder.

Orders outside the United States are shipped using DHL eCommerce international shipping services with prepaid duties where supported.
At this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

United States
Orders $65 and over qualify for free ground shipping.
For orders under $65, customers may choose from the following options at checkout:

International Shipping
We ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, select European countries, Australia, and New Zealand.
International orders are shipped using DHL eCommerce international services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout through our international shipping partner, so your total cost is shown upfront with no surprise import fees upon delivery.
Estimated delivery times for international orders are typically 7–14 business days, though transit times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
International Returns
Due to the high cost of international return shipping, all international orders are considered final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.
