Why does my Balm sometimes feel grainy?
Our balm is intentionally formulated without stabilizers or synthetic texture modifiers. Because it’s made with natural, unrefined plant butters like shea, subtle texture changes can occur over time, especially with temperature fluctuations during shipping or storage.

This is a natural characteristic of shea butter and does not affect quality or performance. Warming the balm between your hands or applying it to warm skin smooths it instantly.

Orders $65 and over qualify for free ground shipping.

For orders under $65, customers may choose from the following options at checkout:

• Flat rate shipping (5–7 business days): $6

• UPS carrier-calculated rates

• USPS carrier-calculated rates

Carrier-calculated rates vary depending on destination and selected service level.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, select European countries, Australia, and New Zealand.

International orders are shipped using DHL eCommerce international services.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout through our international shipping partner, so your total cost is shown upfront with no surprise import fees upon delivery.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are typically 7–14 business days, though transit times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

International Returns

Due to the high cost of international return shipping, all international orders are considered final sale.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.
